I build it

You get a live link to try before anything is final. I pull your colours and fonts off your site so it looks like it belongs there.

You get the file

You receive the source file, checked examples and instructions for your agreed embedding method. Installation is listed explicitly in the quote, so you know who does it.

Payment terms

Payment reserves your project. Projects under $200 are paid in full before work starts. For projects of $200 or more, half is paid up front and half after you approve the working version, before file handover. You'll review a working version before final delivery, with revisions included as listed in your plan. Installation, hosting and third-party service charges are included only when your written quote explicitly says so. Payment links are shared after scope agreement.

Questions

Will it work on my website?

Send your website address, platform and plan first. I check whether it can run the calculator directly or embed it from a page you host. The quote names the installation method and who will install it. A calculator does not automatically connect to your checkout, booking system or live stock.

Is there really no monthly fee?

There is no recurring Onefile Studio fee for the delivered file. You own the source and can keep, edit and move it. Your website hosting and any form, CRM or other connected service follow their own plans and limits.

My pricing is complicated. Is that a problem?

Minimum charges, quantity breaks and conditional extras are useful calculator problems. Send two or three examples with the answers you expect. I use those to agree the rules and confirm whether the job fits a plan. The print demo shows quantity discounts and compatible options.

How do I actually get the leads?

The $45 calculator displays an estimate. For lead delivery, we first agree a compatible form or CRM endpoint that you control, including its costs and limits. The $95 plan can send the agreed enquiry fields there. A static file cannot send email on its own, and a new backend or custom CRM connection needs a separate scope.

Can I change the prices myself later?

The handover identifies the rates you can edit and includes example quotes to check after a change. A new pricing rule may require a code change; I will distinguish that from a simple rate update.

Who am I?

Alex, working under the name Onefile Studio, based in Switzerland. The working examples above are my portfolio demos. I also quote specific spreadsheet, CSV automation and small website tasks when the scope is clear. Written project communication is available in English, German, French and Italian.
